zenitsu101's blog

Hi everyone,

I was amazed by the Ultimate Topic List created by YouKnowWho and was practising competitive programming by following the list. But I was facing some difficulty in navigating through different sections.

So my friend DeepthansuGvs and I felt like creating a website which allows filtering the topics in the list on the basis of Categories, Difficulty and Topics.

The features of the site are described below:

The Topics are wrapped category wise like this:

You can search a specific topic like this.

You can also filter the topics based on categories and difficulties:

Thanks to YouKnowWho for creating an amazing topic list!

You can visit the website at Ultimate Topic List

I hope the site will help you in your competitive programming journey!!

Update: The Site is up and running!

If you find any issue, please provide us your valuable Feedback!

Nice idea. Thanks!

Few tips:

  1. Write "Number Theory" and "Game Theory" instead of "NumberTheory" and "GameTheory".

  2. Make the link buttons bigger. Currently, It's a challenge for me to click on them.

  3. Maybe indent the sub-sections a little bit?

  4. Stuff are too close to the border? Maybe arrange them better.

They are not very important, but good ones I think for everyday usage.

Zenitsu feels he can't code, Zenitsu panics, Zenitsu sleeps.

Zenitsu wakes up with a new website!(Iykyk)

Very nice. I think it would be even cooler if you added some way to mark topics you have learned, and have a button that reveals only the topics you haven't learned. (I know it's much more work though).

Can you please elaborate "Yet to study" and "Studies" column. The Site already has option to mark a problem solved or unsolved and you can also see only solved and unsolved problems separately. (You need to create an account for that feature).

And about the number of questions part, We can't really track automatically how many questions a user has solved. But will think about it!
